  • Lease end date was not captured correctly.
  • The obligation belongs to another property/account context.

What to do:

  1. Open the lease record and verify term fields.
  2. Confirm Renewal Notice Period value and unit are set.
  3. Re-save and check Obligations again.

Calculated deadline looks incorrect

Possible causes:

  • Wrong lease end date entered.
  • Wrong notice period unit (days vs months).
  • A manual override is active.

What to do:

  1. Compare saved terms with the lease document.
  2. Check whether a deadline override exists.
  3. Recalculate by updating terms and saving.

Cannot undo renewal

Expected when eligibility checks fail.

What to do:

  1. Confirm this is the latest renewal cycle.
  2. Confirm no follow-up edits changed the cycle.
  3. Retry within your operational grace period.
  4. Confirm no notifications were already sent or scheduled on the new cycle.

Renewal action blocked unexpectedly

Possible causes:

  • Obligation is not an active renewal notice.
  • Required lease terms are incomplete.
  • Lease terms changed after prior renewal handling.

What to do:

  1. Verify obligation type and active status.
  2. Confirm lease end, renewal length, and notice period are all present.
